So we’ve created this exciting Infocare Blog section to keep you up to date with solutions and partner integrations that will help you and your centre thrive.

For now though, we thought we would take the time to introduce you to the faces behind the business, and showcase some of the exciting things we have planned for the rest of 2020.
A Start of Something New
Infocare was settled for purchase July 2019, after being owned by Iain for 15 years! That’s Iain on the left, and Sean, our new owner and CEO, on the right. Since Sean’s arrival, Infocare Solutions has been taken on an exciting adventure; integrating with partner solutions and technologies, a website redesign, a rebrand and coming mid-2020; a new redesign of the user software.
Here is a sneak peak of what you will see in 2020 for your Infocare Solutions
2020 is about establishing Infocare Solutions as the market leader in innovation. The childcare knowledge across our team gives us the greatest capabilities for our customers to benefit from. We will do this whilst remaining the most cost-effective solution ensuring efficiencies, service and innovation are the core to our decision making.
We’ve focused on 3 key areas:
• Reimagining our Software design, functionality and experience
• Improving custom development processes
• Introducing NEW innovations that will have a significant advantage to our customers.
Here we have Russell (top left) our senior Developer who was one the founding developer with Iain back when it all began. Russell will be retiring soon, but continue to consult with us at Infocare frequently. Not to worry, because we have had Yukio (top right) join our team with Adrian (bottom left) our Chief Technical Officer. Helping with both acquisition and retention of customers is Verity (bottom right) our Customer Success Manager.
In this block of lovely people, we have Fiona (top left) who has been our helpdesk champion for the time we have been lucky enough to have Infocare (for those counting that’s like 15 years). Rhonnie (top right) is also a helpdesk superstar and will be coming to Infocare full-time in July. Karen (bottom left) will be retiring soon too, but is always around for a lending hand. Kaite (bottom right) is in our trusty accounts team, she knows the daily comings and goings of all things account related.
This combined with Sean as our active CEO, and Iain in a consulting position make up the completed dynamic team here at Infocare.
