Here is a summary of what you need to do in Infocare from September through to October (Auckland, parts of the Waikato, and Northland Regions).

All of New Zealand is moving to Alert Level 4 from 11:59pm on 17/08/2021 (Auckland and Coromandel for seven days; the rest of New Zealand reviewed after 72 hours). See our step-by-step procedure to find out what you may need to action in Infocare.

Since receiving the Ministry of Education’s pānui dated 17/02/2021, we are pleased to announce that Infocare Solutions has applied a blanket exemption for the absence rules for all permanently enrolled children from the 15th February – 17th February 2021 for all services.

After receiving the Ministry of Education’s pānui dated 15/08/2020, Infocare Solutions will again be applying a blanket exemption of the frequent absence rules for all permanently enrolled children from the 12th August 2020 to 30th September 2020 inclusive.
